French site, Gamekult, has gone ahead with a massive leak of the sequel to Rayman Origins. Rayman Legends is shown working with certain figures resting on the Wii U�s tablet controller. Presumably, this will add Skylanders-like functionality to the beautiful brawling sequel to last year�s best platformer.

A heart is shows adding fluttering hearts to the environment while a Rabbid gives you the long-eared terrors to pummel in the game. The video also shows, tantalisingly, a statue of Ezio from Assassin�s Creed being lifted but not what it might do in-game. We can only assume that it enables some neck-stabbing.

All Games Beta: Rayman Legends Confirmed for PS Vita

Today, Ubisoft announces Rayman fans will be able to enjoy Rayman Legends on Playstation Vita. Rayman Legends on Vita will be released alongside the console versions on August 29th in EMEA territories, August 30th in the United Kingdom.

Rayman Legends on Vita includes all of the original Rayman Legends content, as well asfiveexclusive maps playablewith Murphy, the greenbottle fly seen in previous Rayman games, controlled through the Rear TouchPad. A multiplayer mode is locally accessible on Wi-Fi and fans from the same country can play in cooperation.Players can also compete with one anotherin the online challenges and compare rankings in the online leaderboards.

In addition to the five Vita-specific maps, two exclusive costumes were created by the Ubisoft Montpellier team. Fans will have the opportunity to dress Rayman in a costume from Prince of Persia, the legendary hero of Ubisoft popular franchise, while Globox can be dressed in a costume from the famous spy series, Splinter Cell.

‘We’re on par with Xbox Series S’: How Rayman Legends: Retold is bringing 60FPS Ray-tracing to Switch 2

Another challenge for the team was employing this console generation’s graphical buzzword, “raytracing”, on Nintendo’s new hybrid system. Yet suitably for their Ray-loving mascot, Montpellier worked hard to ensure that Switch 2 players wouldn’t go without the dazzling lighting tech.
“As you might know, ray tracing is quite costly,” says Delpiano, “ [in Outlaws on Switch 2 ]They deal with it by running at 30 fps, but we are aiming for 60 on all platforms, from the most humble – Switch 2 – to the most high end, a PS5 Pro, or high end PC – so it was quite a challenge… we [had] to really push the limit of Snow Drop from 30fps to 60.”
As the developer places a Switch 2 in my hands, in handheld mode at least – it’s clear that the team has pulled it off. Running at what looks like a solid 60fps, after playing the same level on a high-end PC earlier in the day, I was impressed to see that very little of the game’s detail seems to have been lost in the transition to Switch 2.

Am amintiri super faine datorita acestui Rayman Legends. E unul dintre primele jocuri ce le-am introdus copilului (avea 6 ani atunci). A fost un deliciu sa vad cum treceau lunile, anii si cum capata dexteritate, ambitie si determinare de a duce levelul la capat, de a termina jocul si in final platina. Abia astept sa-l jucam si pe asta!

Arată absolut senzațional și a fost unul dintre preferatele mele aseara. Abia aștept să pun mâna pe el, mai ales că am și eu o mică legătură sentimentală cu seria Rayman, apar prin niste credits!
